-FREE wifi internet connection (5pm - 9pm daily)

-FREE drinking water with hot and cold heater (FOR TRANSIENTS)

-Occupants of  3 rooms will SHARE the use Kitchen (with utensils), Dining, Toilet and Bath, Living room with TV and Cable (if other rooms are not occupied, you can use the kitchen, bathroom and living room alone) – YOU CAN REQUEST FOR SOLO USE OF THE UNIT (we need the request atleast 4-days ahead to schedule, subject to approval)

-Five (5) minutes walk (uphill cemented subdivision road)  to Bakakeng Jeepney line and then another 5 minutes Jeepney ride to Baguio Convention Center, SM Baguio, Victory Liner Terminal, Session Road;  and about 5mins Taxi/ Car drive to Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral or Central Business District.

-With free outdoor parking.

-5-Level House - well furnished and well kept with a backdoor stair access to unit at the roofdeck

* 2 Rooms at Level 5  (up to 2 persons each room)  and 1 Room at Level 5-B (up to 3 persons)

* Room 1 and 2  with shared Veranda at Level 5 (Nice area to re-energize with Tea/ Coffee and enjoy the scenic pine forest of Baguio)

*Room 3 is equipped with an Attic Library Room/ Living Room Level 5-B

- Unit is equipped with a Roofdeck at Level 4 (Wash and Dry area/ Cooking Area)

- Unit is equipped with a Living Room at Level 5 equipped with sofa bed (double)

-Toilet and Bath (separate) and Kitchen (SHARED with transient occupants at Level 5 only)

*Level-2 Room A (double)  with foam bed ---FOR TRANSIENTS staying 1 to 2 days only.

-With access to level 2 bathroom (with shower heater)

-With Parking space;  GROUP Transport Service to SM or Victory Liner costs P120 (Minimum).
